- How do I get help using Algi?
- Start with the user guide for product basics. If something is unclear or not working as expected, email us using the address below—we respond during business hours and prioritize paying teams.
- How do I report a failure or outage?
- Use the incident email link on this page so your message is titled correctly. Include what you were doing, roughly when it happened, and whether the issue is still happening. We use this to triage and communicate status back to you.
- Where do you announce critical changes?
- We publish release notes on the changelog page when we ship meaningful changes. For urgent reliability or security matters affecting customers, we may also email affected workspaces directly.
- Do you have a separate status page?
- Today, incident updates run through the contact channel above. If we publish a public status page, we will link it from here and from the guide.
